Branch offices around the world can be validly established and administrated through a formal letter by the Administrative Council Committees of the Head Quarter only.

- Philosophy and Rational:
Human potentiality development towards a full growth is the most important factor to the World Peace and individual happy life and good health. The global population should be given free and fair opportunities to reach to true knowledge, higher education, and international friendship without any limitations. Therefore, the INTERFCLUB is established to serve the unlimited growth of humanity towards the ultimate human existence and world peace.
- Club Objectives:
1. Expanding opportunities for member to higher pursuit of knowledge.
2. Enhancing international friendship experience for all members to reach to the final goal of world peace and individual growth.
3. To be a world center for global members to do cooperative activities
together without any discriminations.

6.1 Each member must keep on the true principle of moral ethics, do not do harms, do not committed bad things, do not committed any frauds to
anyone else, as well as do not committed any crimes.
6.2 Do good things to the well-being and quality of life for all always.
6.3 Help other people as you can do and keep your mind on loving kindness for all. Do not be selfish and egocentric to your own sake only.

บทคัดย่อจากบทความที่น่าสนใจ-Abstracts of Interesting Papers as food for thought:
Abstract*
At present, education, history and religion are distorted to serve the political ends of certain countries and groups of individuals who care little about pence in the nation or in the world. It is now the time to put Mahatma Gandhi's Ahimsa to practice in order to create peace worldwide. If we all recognize the value of peace and uphold it above all else, there will be no terrorists, suicide bombers, no deaths of innocent victims including children who are meant to build the world's future. Whatever grievances we may have, they can be settled by peaceful means as shown by Mahatma Gandhi of India. This paper attempts to point out the great harms of distorted education, history and religion and how we can prevent the distortion by understanding the true meaning of Ahimsa as explained and practiced by Mahatma Gandhi.

Abstract
Mental Education for Peace, written by Asst.Prof. Wareeya B., are composed of integral techniques from religious sources Buddhist Mental Education and cross-cultural activities to be applied to enhance mutual consciousness of peace
of each individual mentality on the basis of Peace on Earth comes from The Peace of Mind.
There are three main parts in this paper. Firstly, the theoretical dimension of Mental Education for Peace are defined briefly as a science of mind and human consciousness, a pedagogy of mind or mental practices, and a spiritual life and human inner development. Fundamentally, a state of peace in the macro world is originated from the micro world of humanity. Significantly, this gives a great effect to the whole system of human existence. Secondly, an analysis of mind according to Buddhist Psychology is introduced to be used in order to understand human mind and mental activities. In addition, as for human mind can be very easily destroyed, then its necessary to learn more about factors that can destroy the mind. They are negative feelings, false views, doubts, distrust ,and immoral mental factors (Akusala Cetasika),that is, attachment, greed, ill-will, shamelessness of evil thoughts. Thirdly, the technique of Mental Education for Peace are suggested to be performed as group dynamics in religio-cultural pluralistic societies to establish inter communicative peace
Consciousness. The process are divided into five stages:- the First Stage -Mental Purification, the Second Stage Right Perceptions Practices, the Third Stage- Right Mindful Practices, The Fourth Stage- Insight Meditation, the Fifth Stage- Friendship Wisdom.
In conclusion, the Techniques of mental Education for Peace is an alternative solution for peace among people in pluralistic societies. The hidden ethical value is the righteousness for all well being and world peace.
